Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns & exchanges on our items as long as they are in resellable condition. All return order issues must be handled within 21 days of order date. Make sure to enclose a note with your name and order number inside the package so that we can trace your order and process it accordingly. 

Please allow us 10 working days to process your return from the day we receive it. Should you need your exchange faster than this, we advise you to place a new order online.

Since we are a small independent business all postage for returns, exchanges and refunds are at the cost of the buyer - thanks for your support & understanding!
